Stretching 420 meters straight across the lake of the Aigawa Dam, the GODA BRIDGE is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Japan and one of the longest in the world. The moment you reach the other side, you will have achieved one of Japan's "number one" achievements.
The bridge is designed with universal design principles in mind. The surface is flat, making it safe and easy to cross for everyone from small children to the elderly, including those with strollers or wheelchairs. The 420-meter-long bridge can be walked across in about 10 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way. From the center of the bridge, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Osaka city, the surface of the Aigawa Dam lake, and the surrounding mountains.

Beyond the railing lies an unobstructed panorama. With each step, the scenery unfolds, and by the time you reach the center, you realize you're standing directly over the lake. The sound of the wind, the gentle swaying, the distant city—this is a 420-meter experience you can only have here.
The road surface is flat and has no steps. Please feel free to use strollers or wheelchairs at your own pace. *In case of strong winds or severe weather, passage may be suspended for safety reasons.
LEARN
A suspension bridge for learning.
From the observation deck, you can get a close look at the dynamic substructure supporting the bridge and the cross-section of the rock-fill dam, built by piling up rocks. It would be a shame to just play here. It can also be used as a field for school field trips, where you can learn about civil engineering and nature together.

Bridge Walk Experience Pass: ¥1,500 (for junior high school students and older, includes park admission). Tickets are available on the day, but advance reservations through the official website are recommended.
