CANCELLATION POLICY
This is information regarding reservations and ticket cancellations for GRAVITATE OSAKA. Please note that the regulations vary depending on your reservation details; please see below for details.
Cancellation fee for purchased tickets
Cancellation fees for admission tickets and other tickets sold online are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective online ticket sales site from which you purchased them. Please check the site where you purchased your tickets.

*Tickets are valid for 30 days from the selected date of your visit. You can visit on a different day within the validity period.
Event Tickets
For event tickets such as the Summer Lantern Walk, the cancellation policy specified in the application guidelines and sales page for each event takes precedence. As a general rule, refunds will not be given after purchase.
Cancellation fees for gravity-based activities
For cancellation fees regarding gravity-based activities such as bungee jumping, bridge swings, and bridge climbs, please check the cancellation policy posted on the activity's dedicated website.

Regarding cancellation due to bad weather
Activities generally proceed regardless of rain. Full refunds will only be issued if the facility decides to cancel operations due to weather conditions such as strong winds. Cancellations made at the customer's discretion will be subject to the standard cancellation fee rate.
If you are unable to participate due to safety standards
If you do not meet the participation requirements, such as weight or age, or if our staff determines that it would be difficult to ensure your safety on the day due to factors such as alcohol consumption or poor health, we may refuse your participation. In this case, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer circumstances, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please be sure to check the participation requirements for each activity before making a reservation.
Cancellation Notice
To cancel your reservation, please use the contact form. Please include your name, reservation date and time, and activity name when submitting the form. We will reply within 1-2 days, excluding maintenance days.
